Papa and Mama Root to perform pre-game music before three Geneva Red Wings games

BUFFALO, NY - Oldies rock and roll, and southern rock tribute, and original music artists, Papa and Mama Root, will perform before three Geneva Red Wings games this summer. The music is sponsored by the Energy Efficiency Training Center, hands on weatherization skill training for businesses and individuals in, or wishing to become part of, the home energy improvement industry.

Papa and Mama Root will kickoff the pre-game music series on Saturday, June 12. They will also perform on Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 24. All performances will begin at 6 pm, and are weather permitting. More information is available at www.papaandmamaroot.com . The Auburn Doubleday's home field, and site of the pregame Papa and Mama Root shows, is Leo Pinckney Field/Falcon Park.

Papa and Mama Root features Papa on acoustic electric guitar, harmonica and lead vocals. Mama adds backing vocals. They expand to a trio with the addition of veteran bass guitar player RockDoc.
